Westerville's Park and Recreation Department does an incredible job of creating a very beautiful uptown.  They do start out with a special pot that has holes in the sides as well as the opening on the top.  They fill the pot on the top and in so many holes on the sides, they come Uptown every week and water and fertilizer and make our patrons smile.  This year is some of the best I have ever seen.  If you haven't seen them, come soon.  They do not leave them to "die" - instead they do clean up the pots in the early fall.  Still keeping our uptown clean.  Thank you to the Park and Rec Dept.    check out some more info at  http://bit.ly/15wCMQ
